Job Description: |
- Provide Level 1 Helpdesk support locally and remotely for company employees
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Familiar with Linux and Microsoft technologies
- Assist in design and implementation of the computer network
- Self-starter nature - we encourage our interns and staff to take charge of their own learning
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): troubleshooting computers, networking systems, and software applications.
- Required language(s): English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably having own transport
- 1 Internship position for duration of 6 months.
