Job Description:  

Job Description:
  1. To handle account receivables/account payable duties.
  2. Manage daily accounts operation and data entry.
  3. Prepare invoice, payment voucher and statement of accounts.
  4. Ensuring records and transaction are accurately updated with appropriate GST code.
  5. To ensure proper filling of accounts records and documentation.
  6. Handle reconciliation of account.
  7. Prepare monthly financial report.
  8. To assist any other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirement:
  1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
  3. Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
  4. Strong sense of teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to interact with all levels of people, organized, analytical and independent.
  6. Hardworking with good working attitude.
  7. Proficient in spoken and written English.
  8. 2-3 years experience with full set account acknowledge.
